Levan is a partner of PMO business consulting. He has joined the firm in 2012 as a partner and since that he has managed various projects. Among them, notable projects are risk management consulting done in some of local commercial banks in partnership with international consulting group ITCB. Under his lead, PMO conducted first international workshop on Basel II-III to local commercial bank representatives. Levan also has broad experience in managing multi-complex projects with donor organizations and state institutions. Prior to consulting activity, he was working in the banking sector with a main area of practice in lending management, risk management, development and conducting of trainings in the same area. Before joining PMO, he also worked as an advisor of the president at Association of Georgian banks and in parallel was providing freelancer service to various projects and programs in the area of banking and finance in Georgia and Azerbaijan with a role of banking and finance expert.

Levan has obtained his bachelor of industrial and civil engineering in Georgian Technical University and his master’s degree in business administration from Caucasus School of Business. Upon completion of this degree, Levan has successfully won exchange program for graduate students and undertook one semester advanced financial courses from Mack Robinson College of business in Atlanta. Besides his academic degrees, Levan holds international certificate risk management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Aside from being the expert, Levan is also a published writer of books in consumer protection and financial literacy and often appears in television and one can also hear him in radios.
