There are business processes in the organization that create value, perform supporting functions, and destroy value. Our approach towards cost reduction envisages identification of those processes and activities that only increase costs and do not create value. As a next step, we reach agreement with management to eliminate such processes or convert them into value creating or supporting activities. Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of those processes that create performance value supporting functions is the last step.
Cutting costs does not mean reducing quality of products and services produced by the company. On the contrary, cost reduction leads to increasing competitiveness and increasing value for shareholders and clients.
